This instrument is based on the concepts of Ruth Drown.  It uses the “Schtick” principle to determine frequencies.  The witness is placed on the copper pad.  The pad is connected to a series of 9 resistors and then connects to the phenolic pad for diagnosis by either using the fingers to feel a connection or by using a pendulum.  The instrument is both a diagnostic and treatment tool.
